Li Keqiang said that China and Bolivia are both developing nations and the two countries enjoy a profound traditional friendship with fruitful cooperation. China is ready to maintain high-level exchanges with Bolivia, to push for balanced and rapid development of trade, to upgrade cooperation in the fields of energy, agriculture, infrastructure and high-tech and to achieve complementary advantages based on equality and mutual benefit so as to push forward China-Bolivia relations to a higher level.

Li Keqiang expressed that it is now at the turn of the year. China's economic and social development can absolutely realize major targets for the whole year. This year, in face of the complex international and domestic situations, China, by the means of innovating macro-control, has clarified a reasonable range of the economy, adjusted social expectation, kept the lower limit of stabilizing growth and ensuring employment as well as the upper limit of preventing inflation, and achieved steady and sound growth of the economy, while stabilizing macroeconomic policies. For the next stage, we will, by fully deepening reform and unceasingly expanding opening up to the outside world, continue to release the enterprising, innovative and creative vigor of the market and of the whole society. China's economy is well positioned to maintain steady growth and to achieve sustained and healthy development. It will also explore broader space for China and other countries to deepen cooperation.

Juan Evo Morales Ayma expressed that Bolivia and China enjoy extensive common interests with a firm foundation of relations. Bolivia admires China for the enormous development achievements and the positive role in international affairs. The Bolivian side thanked China for providing the precious support for Bolivia's economic and social development. Bolivia is ready to expand friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation with China so as to push for greater development of bilateral relations.
